Howard Town - safe Labour seats?

Howardtown has two councillors and has been Labour controlled since it was created in 2003. In the past Labour has consistently improved its performance in HPBC elections. Labour polled 59% of the total vote in 2011, with two Conservative candidates gaining 30% and a single Green candidate 11%. In 2015 the Conservatives are also fielding a single candidate. The candidates are  Godfrey Claff (Labour), Damien Thomas Greenhalgh (Labour), Paul Lomas (conservative) and Robert O'Connor (Green). As of 2nd May, As of 2nd May, only one of the Howardtown candidates had answered our questions.
