Facebook cybercrime soars in Derbyshire

Calls to the Derbyshire Police flagged as "cyber-related" have risen from 269 in early 2014 to 417 in the last quarter. The force said that more than 200 cases related to activity on Facebook alone between September 2009 and December 2013. According to the BBC Derbyshire Police plan to cut the number of officers on the beat in favour of more staff tackling online crime, but no figures have been provided.
