Justice from the Buxton beaks 9th June 2014

Stephanie Mellor, aged 43, of Mersey Bank Road, Hadfield was found guilty in absence of driving a car with no insurance at Glossop Market ground in December last year. She was fined £200 plus victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85. Her driving licence was endorsed with 3 points.

Luke Leslie Turner, aged 18, of Queens Drive Glossop, pleaded guilty to damaging the window of Naseeb's Restaurant in Glossop and was ordered to pay £150 compensation plus costs of £85.

Steven John William Griffin
, aged 25, of Whitfield Park, Glossop, was found guilty in absence of driving without due care and attention in New Mills in February this year. Sentencing was adjourned until 23rd May to consider disqualification from driving.

Samuel David Doyle, aged 30, of Torside Mews, Hadfield, pleaded guilty to damaging internal fixtures and furnishings to the value of £2200 belonging to another person. He was ordered to pay £400 compensation and a community order made for alcohol dependence and a four week curfew.
