Simon Nicholas Maguire, aged 46, of Glossop Road, Little Hayfield, pleaded guilty to driving a car on Long Lane Charlesworth with 276µg/100ml-1 of alcohol in his urine. He was disqualified from driving for two years, fined £120 with costs of £85 plus victim surcharge of £20 and criminal courts charge of £150.
Anthony Geoffrey Napolitano, aged 28, of Maguire Avenue, Glossop, pleaded guilty to assault by beating of a female and was ordered to carry out 160 hours of unpaid work and participate in other activities for up to 20 days. He was also ordered to pay costs of £85, victim surcharge of £60 and criminal courts charge of £150.
