Damien Michael Carr, aged 23, of Sandringham Drive, Dukinfield, pleaded guilty to assault by beating of a female in Glossop and was ordered to compete up to 20 days of Rehabilitation Activities and carry out 120 hours of unpaid work. A restraining order was issued prevention him from contacting his victim or entering a street in Glossop. He was also ordered to pay compensation of £120, victim surcharge of £60, costs of £85 and a criminal courts charge of £150.

David Ian Jackson, aged 31, of Bamford Green, Gamesley, admitted failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order imposed in respect of offences of harassment and threatening behaviour in Glossop. He was ordered to complete an extra 35 hours of unpaid work and pay a criminal courts charge of £100.

Jessica Hollie Dey, aged 21, of Bamford Green, Gamesley pleaded guilty to driving a car on Glossop Road with breath alcohol of 41µg/ 100ml-1. She was banned from driving for a year and fined £120 plus victim surcharge of £20, costs of £85 and criminal court charge of £150.
