Domanick Dobson, aged 26, of Church Street, Tintwistle, pleaded guilty to assault by beating of a female in Glossop, failing to surrender to custody and resisting a police constable in the execution of his duty. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay compensation of £50, victim surcharge of £20 and £150 criminal courts charge for resisting the policeman, fined £40 for not surrendering to custody and will be sentenced for the assault on 21st December pending reports.
Benjamin Sakalis, aged 23, of Shrewsbury Street, Glossop, pleaded guilty to driving a car on Spire Hollin without due care and attention in February 2015, failing to stop or provide details after an accident where a female was injured and a car damaged, and failing to report the accident. He was finder £270 plus victim surcharge of £27 and costs of £250. His driving licence was endorsed with 8 points.
