Justice from the Buxton beaks 2-4th November 2015

Lloyd Anthony Harrop, aged 28 , of The Links, Hyde, pleaded guilty to driving a car on Park Road Hadfield whilst disqualified and without insurance. He was given a 12 week prison sentence suspended for two years. The court said there had been a blatant disregard of a court order of the offence was committed whilst on bail for identical offences. He was ordered to complete 150 of unpaid work and undertake rehabilitation activities.


Anthony Booth, aged 30, of Whitfield Avenue, Glossop pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle in Charlesworth with alcohol in his breath measuring 59µg/ 100ml-1. He was disqualified from driving for fined £220 and ordered to pay costs of £85, victim surcharge of £22 and criminal court charge of £150.

Anthoni Geoffrey Dyer, aged 25, of Conduit Street, Tintwistle pleaded guilty to assault by beating of a female and not guilty to possession of an offensive weapon in a public place. The case was adjourned for sentence after the trial.

Jordan Jay Stobbart, aged 19, of Gladstone Street, Glossop, pleaded guilty to assaulting a police constable in the execution of her duty and damaging a window in Glossop. He was ordered to be under curfew for 12 weeks, pay compensation of £200 plus criminal courts charge of £150.
