Justice from the Buxton beaks - 12th October 2015

Jordan Jay Stobbart, aged 19, of Gladstone Street, Glossop, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a blood specimen, driving a motorbike in Charlesworth while disqualified from driving, without insurance, without protective headgear, without lights and without a test certificate. He also admitted breaches of community orders in respect of previous convictions for taking a car in Glossop without consent and possession of a knuckle duster on Victoria Street.

He was banned from driving for 14 months, ordered to complete 240 hours of unpaid work and carry out rehabilitation activities.  He was also ordered to pay victim surcharge of £60, costs of £85 and criminal courts charge of £150.
