Justice from the Buxton beaks - 19 August 2015

Leslie Luke Turner, aged 20, of Brosscroft, Hadfield, pleaded guilty to causing £900 of damage to a house in Gamesley and with intent to cause another harassment, alarm or distress, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour, thereby causing that person or another harassment, alarm or distress. Contrary to Section 4A(1) and (5) of the Public Order Act 1986. Sentencing was adjourned pending reports and Turner ordered not to enter Gamesley.

Jade Louise Salthouse, aged 31, of Rowarth Bank Glossop pleaded guilty to a charge of having a meat cleaver in  public place without good reason or lawful authority contrary to section 139(1) and (6) of the Criminal Justice Act 1988. Sentencing was adjourned pending reports.
