Three year driving ban for Snake Pass driver with cannabis in blood

Antony David Dinsdale, aged 31, of Grindleford, was fined £110 plus costs and victim surcharge, and disqualified from driving for 3 years after pleading guilty to driving on the A57 Snake Pass with 4.3µg/l-1 of Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in his blood.
